I'm currently reading Herzog by Saul Bellow. I really like it so far. I have a lot of books on my to-do list. Like The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay by Michael Chabon, Sometimes A Great Notion by Ken Kesey, Ulysses by James Joyce, You Shall Know Our Velocity by Dave Eggers to name a few.
I love reading. There is a great satisfaction that comes with reading a good book. Especially when it's a book that really keeps you thinking, even after you're done with it. I just wish it wasn't so time consuming. There are so many books that I want to read but don't know if I will ever be able to.
Maybe since I'm in my car so much these days, I should invest in some audiobooks. Hmm... good idea.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know.

Peter,
I have been a terrible reading buddy this semester - I hope you can still stand to be associated with me. (-: I've been entirely focused on school texts this spring, but I did listen to a killer audio book on my way to Fairbanks a few weekends ago...I'd definitely recommend picking a few up (or go here for free downloads: http://librivox.org/).
How's Herzog?
